Born in Ishikawa Prefecture in 1951. 1975 graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Hokkaido University. After working for a motorcycle maker for ten years, he became independent in 1985, and now he is engaged in writing work related to automobiles. The field to be good at is the history and technical relation of motor sports. There are books such as “Science of F1 latest machine” (Kodansha, 26th Traffic Document Award) in his book (this data was published at the time the book was published)
